On the Main Stage Thursday, August 14th, at 4:55-5:20pm

The 25th Hour entered the music scene November of 2006, With members Tony, Joe, Aaron, and Alex all from Arvada Colorado. They were jamming mostly hardcore and metal music in 2006/2007. Tony, Aaron, and Joe had a few different projects before then (Prod, Closure, The war inside) But none of them worked out. In 2007 they pick up Daniel as the bassists and started playing shows all over Colorado. Then Alex left in early 2008 to pursue other music interests. Graham later became the drummer and with him 25th Hour started having more of a metal sound than hardcore. And now the five are playing mainly metal/hardcore/thrash with a mixture of a little ska/punk/rap. Some huge influences on the members are such bands like As I lay Dying, Slipknot, Adolescents, and Arsonist get all the girls. "We have no real genre" says Joseph Gendill the vocalist of 25th Hour, "we play whatever kind of music we feel like it, whether its Metalcore, thrash, Nu-metal, or just plan metal or strait up hardcore. There are too many different good types of music out there just to choose one, Besides bands that do choose one all they're songs sound the same." And now in 2008 25th Hour has been hard at work with producing they're first studio album called "You're a Slave to your Beliefs" Which is expected to come out in late August. The lyrics generally follow a very aggressive tone and feature themes such as darkness, politics, anger, disaffection, love, religion, and psychosis. Album Coming '08
